  • [Q]: How long will we receive a response after we send you the inquiry?

    [A]: We will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry on weekdays.

  • [Q]: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    [A]: We are the source manufacturer, and we also have our international trade department. We produce and sell our own products.

  • [Q]: What products can you provide?

    [A]: We mainly produce various types of non-woven fabrics such as needle-punched non-woven fabrics, automotive interior non-woven fabrics, filter fabrics, felt, sanitary non-woven fabrics, hot air cotton, etc.

  • [Q]: What application areas are your products mainly involved in?

    [A]: Our products cover almost all fields, mainly including agriculture, industry, healthcare, construction, clothing and home textiles, household products, household cleaning, filtration, automotive interiors, etc.

  • [Q]: Can you make customized products?

    [A]: Yes, our main focus is on customized products. We develop and produce products based on the pieces or samples provided by customers.

  • [Q]: Do you have any in stock products?

    [A]: In addition to customized products, we also have some small quantities in stock, such as cleaning cloths, absorbent cotton pads, etc. For more details, please contact our customer service.

  • [Q]: Does your company charge for samples?

    [A]: Our company's samples are free, generally in A4 size, and delivered by SF Express. If you need samples, please contact customer service.

  • [Q]: How is your company's production capacity?

    [A]: We have 5 automated production lines, one fully automatic cutting machine and one automatic stamping machine, with an annual production capacity of up to 5000 tons and a standing raw material storage capacity of 100 tons.

  • [Q]: How many employees do you have in your company, including how many technical personnel?

    [A]: Our company currently has more than 30 employees, including more than 10 professional and technical personnel.

  • [Q]: How does your company ensure product quality?

    [A]: Firstly, there will be corresponding inspections after each process, and for the final completed product, we will conduct  full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards; Then, we have the most advanced and complete top testing equipment in the industry: tensile testing machines, non-woven weight meters, non-woven thickness detectors, fluorescence detectors, flame retardant testers, etc.

  • [Q]: What is the payment method?

    [A]: When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other options. When producing in bulk, we usually make a 30% advance payment and then pay the remaining balance upon presentation of the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T.

  • [Q]: How are the goods shipped to customers?

    [A]: Usually, we ship by sea because we are in Changshu and we are only 75 kilometers away from Shanghai Port, making sea export very convenient. Of course, according to customer needs, we can also air freight, and Shanghai International Airport is very close to us.
